Our menus are no longer working. I’m not exactly sure how long this has been happening as I have not checked on the site in the past 30 days. Logging in today I see that any drop down menus do not work – On mobile, the Hamburger menu doesn’t drop down; On desktop, any drop-down arrows don’t work either.

The reason that the Dropdown and the Mobile menu is not working is that there is a Javascript error on the page which prevents the Theme Javascript code to run.
This code is not part of our theme so you should check why this code is added to your website. It might be a 3rd party plugin. You can test that by deactivating all plugins except Cornerstone and see if it works. If yes then start activating the plugins one by one and see which one is causing the issue.
I also see that you use a Performance plugin. Sometimes wrong settings of that plugin which moves the Javascript codes here and there might cause the issue.

Thank you for the quick response. I found an error with using the Minify Java Script function in W3 Total Cache. To get around this, I set my Cloudflare to take care of minifying Javascript and disabled it in the W3 Cache Plugin under Minify>JS Minify Settings - Unchecked Enable. If anyone is using W3 Total Cache with X-Theme and is having an error with the menus not working, this is likely the issue. Try my steps to solve it.
