Menu Not Working Mobile Device

After finally upgrading X from 4.6.4 to the latest, I have found a range of problems; the latest being the menu no longer works on mobil devices.

When you click on the menu, absolutely nothing happens

Any idea how to bring it back to being active?

I have cleared the cache and then used Responsinator.com to examine and that small menu does not work at all, so I am unsure how it is working for you. I have even opened it in Safari and Firefox as well as Chrome and nothing.

Any suggestions?

I am sorry but I can’t provide a suggestion since it’s working on my end.

I tried in responsinator and it works there as well.

I couldn’t see anything in that video that showed the small menu working. The video just appeared to stay static on some of the images on the mobile site.

There really isn’t anything to video from this end, Paul. The small menu in the top left corner simply does not work for me, not on Firefox, Chrome or Safari; this after clearing the cache.

I don’t know what to do as I get the feeling what I see is what many visitors to our site using a mobile are also seeing, yet you say you can have that menu drop down and have access to all the menu items. I don’t know how to check definitively

I checked everything also in my side both desktop and mobile.

This could be because of your computer. To confirm that this, try to test your site on a different setup or computer.

You could also try to check for plugin conflict because I could see some script conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
