I currently have the menu bar set to transparent, then to white when scrolling. I’d the like menu links and the logo in the menu to be white when the background is transparent, and black when the background is white. Is there a way to do that in the header builder, or would I need custom code?

You need to add two Bar in your Header builder. On the 1st Bar, you need to set the background of the bar as transparent and add the menu, set the menu colour as white. Now you need to add the image element to add the logo in white colour.
After you need to add a 2nd Bar where you need to go to Sticky —>Set Hide Initially. It will hide the second Bar initially and based on the Trigger Offest and Shrink settings it will be displayed when the page is scorlled. Now you need to set the menu link colour black and Bar background-color as white. You need to add an image element as well to add the new logo in the back color.
