Menu items not working on desktop or mobile

Hello,

We have a site with multiple pages/menus, and up until a few weeks ago menu items worked fine.

However now the anchor links to sections on page do not scroll, the URL doesn’t append the #ID, and the hamburger menu on mobile doesn’t drop down or work at all.

I have deactivated all of the plugins, reactivated one-by-one and found that when cornerstone was deactivated, the URL would update with the proper #ID for page section, but of course there was no content to scroll to. Did not fix the mobile issue.

Please advise as to what could be the cause for this.

Thanks for writing in! We require your referenced site URL to investigate this issue further.

If you have enabled any CSS and Javascrpt minifications for the site, please disable them temporarily and re-test this issue. Also make sure to purge your server cache and clear your browser cache before testing.

I don’t believe there are any minifications in place. I am testing with a fresh browser with no cache, and have not cleared server cache yet but are unable to do something on that scale without planning days in advance.

Hi @rweb

I’ve checked your website and I can see you are using X theme version 5.2.5 (which isn’t the latest version) with the latest version of Cornerstone plugin. This is an enough reason to get this issue. You will need to upgrade the theme to the latest stable version by following this guide:
