We have a members area page that can be viewed by NON Members

The Header and Navigation for the Members Area is a Pro Header

When the page is view by a NON member the menu displays 2 X icons as additional menu items. These icons ARE links but go nowhere. They do not appear in the WP Menu Setup.

Hey John,

It looks like you have a dynamic menu and that menu is outputting 2 empty menu links. I created a test page with a sidebar and added a Navigation Menu widget with your Members Menu.

This is not an issue with our theme. Pro only assigns a default icon to menu items and that’s why you see the icons. You need to contact your plugin developer of your membership plugin to remove those 2 empty menu items.

But, if you need proof if it’s an issue with our theme or not, you can switch to the default WordPress theme and do the test I’ve made with the default WordPress theme or you can let the membership plugin developer do the test.
