It looks like my site page name is showing up in my menu and also the logo has no room because of it.
I don’t want the page name to show anywhere anyways except maybe the titlebar of the browser but not on the pages or menus over my design.
What CSS or options can I use to fix these?

All Navigation elements in Pro and even the navigation in the Original Header get the menu list from WordPress Admin Menu > Appearance > Menus. In your menu setting, you enabled the Automatically add new top-level pages to this menu option. You should uncheck that WordPress feature then manually remove the unwanted menu items from your menu.
