Menu issues after update and some pages not showing

Hi, my menu in the header and footer is now stacked and taking over half of the page on Safari. Not doing that on Chrome but on both browsers two or three pages of content now only show the header and footer but none of the content. It shows in the WP dashboard but not on the published site? Any help would be appreciated.

Looks like I’ve been able to clear the caches and get the menu back working/looking right. However, I still have three pages on the site that simply show the header and footer but none of the content.

Same issue with the menus. I’m missing the header and footer on a couple as well.

I was able to clear the cache on Safari and that cleared up some of my menu issues. Still having certain pages with no content though?

Originally I had installed a backup from the 16th to get it back to where it should be until the problem could be identified. Then the theme automatically updated itself again but Cornerstone stayed at the old version. After I read your post about clearing the cache I went and did that in Chrome and Safari and updated Cornerstone and everything appears to be back to normal.

Right on! I’m still struggling to figure out how I have whole pages of content missing. It is clearly there in the WP dashboard but even if I republish the page I’m seeing nothing? So weird.

Thank you for reaching out to us. If you’re using X then please make sure to update both X and Cornerstone to the latest version to avoid potential errors and conflicts. If the issue persists then please check for the following first:

  1. TESTING FOR PLUGIN CONFLICT
  2. CHILD THEME
  3. CSS/JS CUSTOMIZATION
  4. DISABLING CACHE
  5. DISABLING CDN
  6. VERSION COMPATIBILITY

@dbutts1971 you can follow the same and if you still face the problem then please create a separate thread and post the details in there so we can take a look at your setup.

Could not figure it out. But the Cornerstone update that came out just a bit ago fixed it!
