Newly installed X and need to redo all VC Bakery code, apparently all being ignored. Most troubling is horiz menu selection is ignored. Up to date WP, all plugins except Cornerstone and VC Bakery turned off. Also, Cornerstone preview clocks, so seems like a symptom.
15+ years WP experience, dozens of themes, never happened. (ie not a newbie)

I’m sorry you’re running into this, the credentials you provided did not work, please check so we can take a closer look.
In the meantime, please clear all the site caches (plugin, server-side, CDN, and browser’s cache) so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors. Please deactivate this caching features while we tackle this issue.
And test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
