Menu hidden, but then keep visible

I have the menu hidden initially. However, when you scroll back to the top, it hides again, is there a way to keep this visible when you scroll back to the top?

And even better. If a visitor visits another page on the site, then clicks back to the website, that the menu is visible instead of hidden? Basically, hide it on 1st visit only, then its visible there one?

Regretfully there is no option for that at the moment, it would require custom development I would suggest you please contact a developer who can assist you with your concerns or you may subscribe to One where customization questions are answered.
