Menu dropdown is behind other items in the container - how to fix?

Hi,
I have another an issue with menu drop-down going behind other items in the header:

I did read couple other posts but recommendations in responses did not work out for me.

Looks like I solved it, had to clear cache on my PC. Z index of item behind should be lower number than item on top.
