To make the Header scroll please go to X—>Theme Option —>Header —>Scrolling—>set the "On (no submenu support)"

Thank you. But now the submenus do not work at all. Is there a way to fix this?

I’m sorry to say that there’s no solution to this as it’s structurally impossible to show the submenu items yet make the side header scroll. Please decrease the space between your menu items so that you have extra space. You ana do that by reducing the Side Alignment in Theme Options > Header
