Menu doesn't respond

Hi,

On this work in progress - http://wpdept.nl/metal/ - I have set the header menu on white at 50% opacity and white 100% for interaction. However, on my front end it doesn’t show the interaction but just presents it in white 100%. Probably missing some setting but I have no idea what…?
