It works if I make it small on the desktop (as if it were on a phone)
but not my actual phone.

Hello John,

Thanks for writing in! I have checked your site on my android phone and the mobile menu works. I also used BrowserStack and it seems it is not working only on iPhone 6s. It works in other iPhone versions. Can you please make sure that everything is up to date? Our latest versions are:

  • X theme 10.0.7
  • Cornerstone 7.0.7
  • WordPress 6.11
  • PHP 8.0 or later

Kindly let us know how it goes.

I still have the issue.
I have latest updates to all.
I have removed all css to test.
I have disabled all plugins.
It still does not work.
Can you find someone with an actual iphone on your team that can test it instead of an emulator?

Currently iOS 12 will not work with the frontend libraries. 13 does depending on what version of 13. Both these aren’t supported by WordPress, but we’re happy to support it as I also have an older phone. I’ve been making progress on this over the release, and from my standpoint I have just one more function to fix. I will keep you updated probably a week or two out.
