On my site the menu is disappeared on the top of the page in Chrome. On Firefox, Safari and on Iphones the menu is totally filling the page (like when after you have pushed the menu hamburger button on a phone) . When I am logged in to the wordpress editor the menu seems to be ok.
This happened after I updated the X pro theme and Wordpress.
Any suggestions?
Hi @kludrik,
Thanks for reaching out!
It seems that the content was offset that’s why the menu was disappeared. I would like to check your backend settings but the credentials you provided are not working, please double check and update them with the correct ones.
Cheers!
I can login fine here. I have checked them all and the login is ok. Check that the “letters” in the middle of the password is two short ones : – and not one long “letter”.
It might be that it changes in the secure note (and here) to one long “letter”. See attached pic.
Hi @kludrik,
I am another staff checking from another part of the World, and unfortunately, the credentials do not work too. I would suggest you re-share the credentials once again.
Thanks
This chat system and secure note system alters or change some of these letters " – - _ " when its placed in the front of the letter"v". If you take a look at the password there should be 2 short letters " - -" in the middle, not one long “–”.
It works fine here. Perhaps its because I use a Norwegian keyboard?
Thanks
Hello @kludrik,
I was able to log in to your site it seems that it is an issue of cache, I would suggest you please purge all the cache. It seems that you are using multiple plugins for the cache W3 Total Cache and WP Fastest Cache I would suggest you please purge both plugin cache and then deactivate the plugins.
Thanks
Yes Thanks! That did the trick!
But only on large screens and phones. On smaller tablets the hamburger menu still dont work?
Thanks
Hello @kludrik,
I checked your site on my phone iPhone 7+ it seems that the hamburger menu is working fine at my end. It might be an issue with the browser cache. Please clear your browser cache and then check it again
Thanks
iphone is ok but not on ipads.
If you make a window on a screen small enough to activate the hamburger icon, it will not activate the menu upon clickover.
Thanks
Hello @kludrik,
I am another staff checking in and the mobile menu is working on my end.
In your iPad, please clear your browser cache or use private browsing mode and test your site again. You may use Chrome, Brave and Safari browser in testing your site on the iPad.
Best Regards.
You are absolutely correct. Everything now works fine.
Thank you very much for excellent service and for your patience!
Berst regards
