Hi there

Noticed an issue with our mobile menu tonight in that, when clicked, it wasn’t doing anything on mobile. Went through the plugins and found WP Rocket was causing the issue, disabled it and mobile menu is working again - for some of us! Checked on Samsung mobiles which works fine now, but it’s not working on a Galaxy Tablet or my friends OnePlus 8T (6.55 inch screen) - when you click the burger it changes colour but no menu drops. Any assistance appreciated as always, thank you

Thanks for reaching out.
It seems that the issue with the cache, I would suggest you deactivate all the cache plugin after clearing the cache, and let us know if the issue resolved. If it resolves please contact the plugin author on this. If that does not resolve, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Thanks for your reply. We disabled all plugins except cornerstone, cleared cache and even disabled the cache plugin but we’re still having intermittent issues with the mobile menu. Any chance you could take a look please?

Thanks for sharing the login credentials. I went ahead and checked your site dashboard. It seems that you are using multiple plugins for cache and minification of JS/CSS. I have clear all the cache from both the plugin and temporarily deactivated the plugin and now it is working fine at my end. I would suggest you temporarily deactivate the “WP Rocket and SG Optimizer” plugin and clear your browser cache then check it again.
