Is there a way to have the careers link in the navbar open in a new tab or window?

Thanks for writing to us.

I would suggest you go to the WordPress dashboard ----->Appearance------>Menu----->Screen Options---->Link Target—>It will enable an option to the menu item of “Open link in a new tab.”---->You need to select this checkbox to open that menu item link in a new window.
