Menu collapsed doesn't use given class

The menu colapsed element doesn’t use the given class or id if set in inspector!

I have added the ID and Class to the Navigation Collapsed element and it has been implemented properly.

There might be some different reasons behind your issue, I would like to suggest troubleshoot the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

1.Plugin Conflict
2.Theme Update related issue
3.Child Theme Related issue ** if you have activated it
4.CSS/JS Customization
5.Disabling Cache

If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If that does not help, I would suggest you deactivate and delete Pro and reinstall it by downloading from your Theme Account and check if that issue exists or not.
If none of the above helps and you are still getting the issue, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

I have this issue with the latest stable release 4.3.3.
I tested it with the beta 5.0.0-beta1 and there it works. With which version do you tested it?

The said site is still under development, but I don’t dare to use a beta version for it yet.

Do I see correctly that you have set the element on a normal page and not in the header area?
Because it works if insert on page directly!

And by the way, the collapsed navigation ist nested in my setup and is only visible on lower screens:

Bar > Container ​> Mega Menu Dropdown > Div > Navigation Collapsed

There are 2 Navigation Collapsed used for different menus.

You are correct that I have added the Navigation Collapsed element within the page as an individual element. I found the problem when I followed the same structure described by you.

The Class and ID might be missing due to the nested element structure. I will check it further and report the issue in our issue tracker for further investigation.
