Menu button not working on mobile after updating

I’m using Wordpress Theme X and editing my site in cornerstone.

After updating Theme X and cornerstone, my menu button appears on my site but when clicking on the menu on the mobile site, it doesn’t show the menu options.

My web is:
https://preahorro.com/

My versions are:
Theme X: 4.3.0
Cornertone 7.4.12

Thank you!
Luis

Hi Luis,

Thanks for reaching out.
The X version and the Cornerstone version are not compatible. You need to update the X theme first and then update the Cornerstone using the link available in the dashboard.
I suggest you copy your live site to a staging server and update the Cornerstone by following the below steps.

  1. Delete the existing Cornerstone
  2. Update the X theme to the latest version on automatic updates
  3. After the X theme is updated, use the link in the dashboard to automatically install the Cornerstone. It will be on the latest version

And if everything goes fine in your staging, please migrate the staging server to live and try to activate the license once again.
Please note that, as you are using a much older version, you may need to create a few pages from scratch.

Thanks

I did as you suggested. It didn’t work.
First, I deleted the cornestone plugin.
Then, I updated to the latest version of the Theme X. I have the version 10.4.13
Then, I installed the Cornerstone. My version is Versión 7.4.13

I emptied the caché.
And it doesn’t work.
When you use the menu button in mobile, instead of showing the menu, it remains at the same page, just adding # at the end of the url.

What should I do?

Thanks,
Luis

Hi Luis,

I have checked your website and now it is updated to the latest version of theme and Cornerstone, but it seems there might be something else as the reason behind your problem. I would like to suggest troubleshooting the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

1.Theme Related Issue
2.Plugin Conflict
3.Theme Update related issue
4.CSS/JS Customization
5.Disabling Cache
6.Disabling CDN

If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If that does not help, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Thanks
