All of a sudden the menu (Ubermenu) and the pages stopped displaying properly and look completely messed up. The only page that does display correctly is the home page (http://synergiecoachingpnl.com/).

I checked the pages of your site and they are displaying fine except the breadcrumbs area that gets covered by the header area.
If that is the issue that you are referring to, kindly go to X > Theme Options > Header then set the Navbar Top Height to 105px.
