Menu always opened on mobile

Hello,

My menu is opened by default on the mobile version and I don’t know how to remove this option. This is a fairly new behavior.

I deactivated all my plugins, to see if there was a conflict, still open.

I have the latest version of the theme installed.

Hi there,

Thanks for writing in! We’ve observed this happening due to the old customization in the Child Theme, try activating the Parent theme and see if this resolves the issue.

Hi,

Sorry for the misunderstanding, my colleague just wanted you to test activating the parent theme.
This is so we can narrow down what is causing the issue.

If the issue is fixed after you activated your parent theme then that means that a code in your child theme is causing it.
We can then apply a fix and you can activate your child theme again.

And yes, I activated the child theme and it solved the problem. Should I leave it activated for now?

Hi there,

If menu works correctly when you have the parent theme activated, the customizations you have added to the child theme are causing the issue. You could either leave the parent theme activated but if you need the customizations on the child theme, you will need to make the correct changes to the codes you added.
