Megamenu not displaying in Pro header

Hi there,

I’ve recently started using Headers in Pro and loving the functionality & flexibility, thanks!

In our staging site, I have created a new header from template and have assigned an existing menu that uses megamenu to that header. The issue is, the megamenu does not display - can you help?

I will send links and access details in a secure note.

I tried assigning your megamenu and it seems to work.

Can you please provide more details on the issue, like which menu did you assign and which Pro Header are you using.

Ah ok, apologies - it does display like you say, but I need to use the same layout as in our live site at https://enhancentertainment.com.au. How do I achieve this?

On the staging site, I’m using Enhance#1 menu with “New Header 1”.

Hi @gavgeorge,

You needed to add the megamenu classes to your menu items to make it work.
You can add it under Appearance > Menus

Yes, megamenus are assigned as per live site:

Despite this, the megamenu display does not correctly display.

Hi @gavgeorge,

The mega-menu is only applicable for standard header and will not work on header created through Pro header builder. How about using Ubermenu and it’s similar megamenu feature? You can add Ubermenu shortcode within text element in your header and please check this about Ubermenu’s megamenu https://sevenspark.com/docs/ubermenu-3/demo/mega
