Media Won't Upload within Builder (X Pro)

Hello, For some reason I get errors saying i can’t upload media from within the builder while working on a page. I get no issues when i go tot he media back end and add new media.

The builder media upload should have no problem if you can upload a file in Media > Add New. To better assist you with your issue, kindly provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
- Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site
