Media uploads in wrong directory?

So I created my X website in www.littleriverbedandbreakfast.com/wp/… so I create it without affecting my original site but when I finished it I moved the new X themed WP site to my root directory. Everything seems to be working except my media. My media was in …/wp/wp-content/uploads and is now in …/wp-content/uploads. However…

  1. When I upload new media it seems to get into the directory but I cannot see it or do anything with it.

  2. I d/l the Smush plug-in and when I try to smush a media file it says it cannot find the file in …/wp/wp-content/uploads.

Clearly something somewhere is pointing to the old directory. Any idea where I can find and change this?
