Media not displaying in Pro

Please see attached image. Suddenly, on one of my Pro sites, I cannot seem to add any images. In the page builder, when I add an image element and then click to view the library and select an image, nothing appears in the library and a wheel just spins. Have you seen this before? Any thoughts would be appreciated,

Thank you for reaching out to us. This usually happens due to a plugin conflict, please check for the following:

1. Ensure everything is up to date including WordPress and Theme according to our version compatibility list at https://theme.co/docs/version-compatibility. Please follow the best practices when updating your theme and plugins. See https://theme.co/docs/product-updates for more details.

2. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

3. Deactivate child theme if using and switch to parent theme.

Thank you for responding Nabeel. I’m on the latest version of Wordpress, including PHP and MySql and using the latest release of X Pro.

I’ve already disabled all plugins and issue is the same. I’ll try your other suggestions and let you know if I’m able to resolve.
