hi, after some time I wanted to refresh my website and I am stuck at media library not loading in the PRO editor… also the upload via media library open in pri does not work (http error - but works fine when accessing it through WP dashboard)
when I want to insert an image via pro it keeps getting stuck at the loading wheel 
already updated everything, tried other browsers, cleared caches, disabled all plugins, upped the php memory to 512, but it keeps on getting stuck at the same point… I can insert images via url that I get through media library accessed via WP dashboard but that kind of wrkflow is a pain in the ass…
any ideas how to solve it? thanks in advance

Thank you for reaching out to us. This could happen due to corrupt installation of WordPress, try re-installing WordPress if you have the latest version and if not then try updating WP to the latest version.

Hi, thanks for getting back to me… I have already reinstalled WP and have it updated to the latest version… I am still stuck with just adding images via their URL link…

As you have already mentioned in your first comment that you performed the troubleshooting on a few of the common issues mentioned in the: https://theme.co/docs/common-issues
I would like to suggest you test by switching to any other theme, to be sure that the issue is with the Pro, if you found that switching to other theme resolve the issue please provide the login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:
– WordPress Site URL & Admin URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

I checked your site Dashboard, It seems that the URLs are not fully replaced while moving the site from staging to productions and that causes the Mixed Content issue [ HTTP and HTTPS ] blocking to load the image files.
Content Builder uses the site URL settings in Settings > General. The site URL must be the same as your WP dashboard URL. If you have a different URL, it will create issues and you won’t be able to use the Content Builder.
If it happens after migrating the site from the staging, please let me know how you made this migration. If it is a feature of your hosting service, I would request you to ask them to correct those URLs.
You can also try out this arcticle on how to update the URLs when you are moving the sites.
Also, remember that the exact URL should be mentioned in Setting > General, WordPress Address and Site URL, including the protocol i.e HTTP/HTTPS.
