Is there anyway to make the media box bigger?

You can insert a new Row element above the current one and then use only 1 column so that you can relocate your Raw Content element into that new column.
This structure will give you enough column width to display the Video Frame. By the way, we can only help you how to structure the elements on the page. Any modification requests for the media box should be directed to the creators of the plugin since you are using a 3rd party, Vimeography plugin.
