Media and backend display of plugins broken after migration

I’m having some issues after migrating my site. It seams that all media seams to be broken. Also, the way plugins are displaying in the backend seam to be messed up (icons missing, diplayed all strange). I tried running better search replace but it seams the issue is preventing it from running. When i use inspector on the site, I can’t even see any image links at all.
I have tried:

• Running better search replace without luck
• looked in PhPMyAdmin for any instances of old domain but could seam to find any (although i’m not an expert there)
• reset permalinks
• flushed any caches i could find
• disabled and re-enabled all plugins
• reverted theme to a default one and back
• rest .htaccess

This site was moved from WP-Engine to Hostgator and they had a good guide which i did follow.

So i fixed the issue! I was permissions issue in the end after migrating from Wp-Engine to hostgator. I was able to find a good guide if anyone else has this issue: https://fix-wp.com/how-to-fix-wordpress-permissions-after-moving-from-wpengine-to-alternate-hosting/

alternatively, you can reach out to your host and they can often correct the permissions quickly.
