Hi guys - I am using MEC for bookings on a luncheon. Each attendee does not have their own login, but there is a single login that all attendees can use to see protected information. When they are logged in with that generic login, and they book a ticket to the luncheon, the name and email fields default to the “login” name and email, which are generic. Unless the user notices and replaces the default info with their own, which some have not done, we receive only generic info and don’t know who made the booking.
Is there any way to clear the name and email fields on the ticket? Or make MEC not default to the logged in user information? I do not want to try to get users to turn off their autocomplete settings in the browser.
Please help! I thought we were about to go live with this site and this just popped up at the end.
