MEC Slider 2 Glitching

I have the Modern Event Calendar installed (most recent version 5.4) and am using the “Slider 2” display on a page on my X-based site. But when I had more than one event, the slider function glitches really bad, and there are some weird formatting things off (the arrows in the buttons are off-center). I didn’t adjust anything except to insert the Shortcode, and the only CSS on the page is to style the contact form. Would like to use the Slider 2 design so any help would be appreciated

Would you please kindly add a new page and then add the shortcode using normal WordPress block editor instead of the Cornerstone and then change the X theme and use a default WordPress theme instead and check the result?

I want to know if there is a conflict between the theme and the plugin or it is something related to the plugin itself.

I also appreciate it if you give me the steps you take to create the slider2 design so that I can recreate that on my local installation to make sure it is not an environment-related issue.
