MEC Single Events Not Showing

Hi,

My company’s MEC Single Event pages are not working.

I think its how the permalinks are structured in my settings, but I can’t change those or other pages will not work.

Is there a work around for this?

I checked the website and and single page, and I can see We're sorry, that page is unavailable. message. Can you share the website login details in secure note as I need to take a look at the setup before I can suggest a workaround?

Hey Rob,

Thank you for providing the credentials. I checked your setup and you had a slug name conflict with a page. You have an Events page already setup with the “events” slug which is conflicting with MEC slug name please see https://webnus.net/dox/modern-events-calendar/slug-options/

I went ahead and changed the slug name from events to event and now everything is working as expected. I’m sharing the events page URL with a new slug name in a Secure Note.

Another issue I am having is when you click on the “more details” button, it brings you to a website of the event instead of the single event page.

Hello Rob,

The View Details button should link to individual event pages. Did you add any link in the description pages? Please have the WP credentials updated so that we can log in. The previously given password no longer worked for us. Please send us a new login.
