for some time we have noticed that the events we create do not appear anymore. We have re-created shortcodes, use the original shortcodes and the usual procedure which is to disable all plugins / theme.
But unfortunately it did not change anything. We are well on the version compatible with your theme (6.4.x)
Would you have a solution to bring us please?

I created a sample page on your website because I didn’t don’t know where is the exact page you’re having an issue. On the newly created sample page, the MEC shortcode is just working fine ( please see the secure note for the link ). Would you mind sharing with us the exact page URL you’re having an issue with? In that way, we can check it properly.

In fact, the shortcode of the map works (as in your example) but not the one you have positioned above. There are events that are close and they only appear on the map shortcode.
We had put a shortcode in “carousel view” on the home page but from one day to the next, it didn’t work anymore; same thing on another page that displays events with a category setting.

Please edit your shortcode. For example, the shortcode [MEC id="18535"]. It seems that some fields were left empty or that has been reset.
Kindly let us know how it goes.
Unfortunately, it didn’t change anything. I just created a new shortcode “TEST shortcode homepage” with no constraint and no modification on my part, and it still doesn’t display anything.

I have added a new MEC Shortcode again and found that is working fine in the test page added by my colleague. I would suggest you check the shortcode once again and set the attributes to get the data from the events as per the values.

I think I can’t explain my concern properly. I will make a video as detailed as possible in what I do to create a shortcode. Just know that the “map” shortcode works without any problem but not all the others.

Here is the video showing how I make a shortcode.
I took the example of the one that was made for the home page.
In the video I also show you that there are events in progress (which by the way are displayed on the map) but they do not appear in a carousel shortcode.
ok, I just tested the site locally.
I started with an empty base, new Wordpress / Theme pro 5.1.5 and MeC included in your theme.
Result the plugin works on the local. I suspect a problem of update or conflict with the database.
