MEC / Modern Events Calendar Event Details page formatting strangely

1, The details of the MEC event are showing with an oddly formatted page. I need to remove the side bar, make the page full width, like the rest of the site (except the blog page which needs a sidebar. I was able to remove the sidebar at the page level on other pages but don’t seem to be able to do that here.

2. I’ve tried to remove the sidebar or change the widgets that are appearing on that page but when I go to the WP widgets area everything is empty. I’ve been able to remove them at the page level but that’s not an option with the MEC details page.
3. How do I remove the footer widgets that came up bt default when I activated them in the theme settings. My widgets appear empty.

Thanks for writing in! I have inspected your site and I can confirm your issue. It could be coming from your outdated plugins. Please make sure that everything is up to date first. You may also do the following:

• • Testing For Theme Related Issue

• Testing For Plugin Conflict
• Theme Update
• Child Theme
• Increasing Php Memory Limit
• Disabling Cache
• Disabling Cdn
• Version Compatibility

If the issue still exist, please switch to a default WordPress theme and check your Widgets (Appearance > Widgets) again.
