MEC Glitch

Hi,

I just installed MEC today and it’ll be working fine as I edit, but if I update any of the MEC settings, I get a “page not found” error on my single events pages. After I delete the plugin (keeping the plugins data), and reinstall, everything works fine.

Has anyone had this problem? Is it a plugin conflict?

If someone could give me some light on this, I’d really appreciate it!

Thanks for reaching out.

It’s weird and haven’t seen any similar issue yet. But, with page not found issue, it is always related to permalink. Like if a post type is registered by custom code or plugin (MEC is a post type), user must go to Admin > Settings > Permalinks and re-save it (or simply visit it) to flush the permalinks for post type’s rewrite to work. It must be done at least once if new post type is registered, or rewrite is applied.
