MEC checkout didnt show the qty

Hi,

When i setup MEC (modern event calendar) and test book an event and buy a ticket.
the check out process didnt show up the QTY, and a vital information, such as event description, and related purchase/rent.

is this customizable?

It could be possible with custom development, but this would be outside the scope of support we can offer. You may wish to consult a developer to assist you with this. X is quite extensible with child themes, so there are plenty of possibilities.

Did you not see something like this? The details is in the event page itself.

I have tested this on my end and I can see the Qty and event description on top of the page. Also try to follow this video guide if you miss any settings (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YM8cCOvgpk0).
