Mec Calendar - ICS Calendar download

We are trying to create a button to allow people to add our calendar to their phone calendar. We have followed the MEC instructions, but when the ics file downloads when you go to import it to your calendar it says that t no events were added. Can you help me figure out what we are doing wrong.
