MEC Booking Label Change

Hi THEMECO!

Looking for some help changing what the labels say on the booking form in MEC.

I need to change “Book Event” and “Attendees Form” to something else.

Any direction will be much appreciated.

I know the modern events calendar and the events calendar is are similar but they are different plugins. Does this snippet work for both?

Is there a different solution that doesn’t involve updating the themes function.php file?

Perhaps a jquery snippet I could insert in theme options, so I don’t have to update the function.php file every time I update the theme or plugin?

Hi @beta_c10inc,

That’s not possible with jQuery because the result is pulled and processed through ajax. The title changes based on submitted data and they are actually the same form.

I recommend contacting a developer of you wish to customize it through jQuery (intercepting ajax requests).
