MEC booking form shortcode: ticket is sold out

Hi,

I’m testing the MEC booking shortcode on a page on my site, and the frontend shows all tickets as sold out when they are not. You can find the page in the secure note below.

I updated to the latest supported version of MEC, but this did not help.

I have checked the page and found the problem you described here. But we need to investigate the setting of the MEC through the WordPress admin dashboard. I would suggest you please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

I have checked and found the problem you described here. I will report this issue to our issue tracker so this issue will be queued for investigation by our development team. If found that the bundled plugins are really the reason behind the issue, it will be reported to the respective plugin author.
