Hi There,

I would like to check your website but this admin account doesn’t work.

Could you please resend us with the new password?

Thank you.

Hi there,

Would you mind providing some details of the issue? I couldn’t find any from your previous replies and topic about this loop issue. I also checked out issue tracker and can’t find any related issue, perhaps, proper wording might help getting what was the issue.

Thanks!

The ME Calendar slider on our Home Page (Events) does not loop. I was told that this was an issue that the developers were working on & which would be sorted in the next ME Events calendar plugin update. That update has been released & the slider is still not looping.

The slider is supposed to loop back to the beginning after the allotted numbers of slides have been displayed. After the last slide has been displayed, the slider just sits there showing that last slide instead of starting with slide one again. Hope that is clear.

Hi there,

You mean the upcoming event slider? According to the changelog from their page, loop fix is added to carousel and it’s in version 2.7.0. Our released latest version is 2.6.3. Perhaps, you can let us know who told you and which thread? Maybe I can do some follow up based on the discussion on that one.

Thanks!

I found it in a thread relating to the issue that the carousel was not looping & someone mentioned that the same issue existed with the slider. My reading of the reply was that the update would fix both issues - the carousel issue & the slider issue. Do I understand from your comments that the ME Calendar people (Webnus) have released version 2.7.0 but that only 2.6.3 is active in X Pro? Maybe that is the problem.

Hello There,

We are testing 2.7.2 version look for any incompatibility and plugin conflicts. Once we are done, it should be out in the automatic updates anytime soon.

Please bear with us.

Thanks so much. Your support is MUCH appreciated. I will indeed bear with you, knowing that this issue is being addressed. Thanks again. Peter

You’re most welcome.
