We went in to take a look at these calendar short codes. The one that’s currently in there is the one for “Full Calendar”. I tried changing it to “Grid View” but then the bar with view options (Monthly, Weekly, Daily, List, Grid, Tile) disappears.
Is there a setting where we can keep it as “Full Calendar”, but then change the default view?

Sorry forgot one more thing
when clicking on the calendar function for an upcoming event, it showed up as a meeting instead of an appointment in his calendar
