Max Webdesign magic bundle failed to install

Hi there, just bought may, videos run fine, but I see no Magic bundle (there are some new components now, but they are weird or empty.

Is someone available for this issue or is there another forum for max issues?

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked and found that the Max resources are working fine and can be added to the pages. Can you please provide any screenshots marked with the issue or any video that helps us to recognize the problem?
