Max Subscription Won't Activate In Our Cornerstone Site

I can’t get our Max subscription to activate in our website editor. We originally had another designer develop our website and I’m wondering if the different logins is the problem? The subscription through ThemeCo is by the original web designer and we subscribed to Max. So how do we activate it if that is the case?

Thanks for reaching out.
It seems that you have not enabled the Max. I would suggest you go to the preference and enable the Max as shown in the given screenshot.

Unfortunately, you can’t add Max from one account to another account. Please let us know if you want to transfer it to your other account.
