I contacted you previously about this problem. I was not able to follow up until now. I can give you access to the site to explore the problem. Thanks
Send it over and we will take a look. Thanks
Hello @jzychik,
It seems that you are using the Pro theme 6.1.5 version. Please have it updated to the Pro theme 6.1.10 version.
Best Regards.
It’s updated. MAX still does not display. I also cleared the browser cache.
I cleared the MAX cache. No change. But my account does not show that I bought MAX. I know I did. Please check if there is some problem with my purchase not being registered. Thanks.
Hello @jzychik,
Please add the below-given code into your wp-config.php for debugging setup and the error logged into the file name debug.log inside the wp-content folder.
We can do further investigation based on that.
// Enable WP_DEBUG mode
define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
// Enable Debug logging to the /wp-content/debug.log file
define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
// Disable display of errors and warnings
define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );
//SET PHP INI DISPLAY ERROR FALSE
@ini_set( 'display_errors', 0 );
Please find the video that will help you to edit wp-config.php and add the above code: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3SDPTafEM8o
Please share the FTP details in the secure note so that we can debug it properly.
Thanks
Hello I think you are using the wrong site for your Max subscription. See secure note.
I thought I already had purchased it for all my sites
At the time of having one site you did. I’ll provide you a discount link for Max for all sites. I’m told I can refund you for the Max single purchase and after that you’ll have Max access to all sites. Let me know your thoughts.
Just to clarify. Max for all sites $299. I get $100 credit for single site I paid for = $199
No, It would just be $199. Plus the refund cash of Max single. The $100s off is the existing customer discount and just a thank you to you.
I have a problem with relationalnotes.com I had to deactivate pro to access the site.
Here’s the error messages I got when pro was active. I never had this problem before. Thanks!

Hello @jzychik,
It could be related to this issue:
I would suggest that you go to Tools > Site Health > Status and make sure that there are no critical issues. You can also go to Tools > Site Health > Info > Server and check your PHP memory limit. You may need to increase it to at least 256MB or 512MB. To increase the setting, please check this out:
Best Regards.
No critical issues in the status tab. PHP is 1024m.
Hello @jzychik,
I found out that you are still using an outdated X theme on your site, relationalnotes.com.
Please log in to your site, relationalnotes.com, and then do the following:
1.) Go to Appearance > Themes and delete the X theme.
2.) Log in back to your Themeco account and then download the latest X theme 10.1.10 version or the Pro theme 6.1.10 version.
3.) Install it to your site and activate it.
- See the secure note below.
Kindly let us know how it goes.
It is working on RelationalNotes now. Thanks. I have some questions about MAX.
It appears to be.a yearly subscription. If I design a site in my first year using MAX, but I decided not to renew the subscription, what happens to the site I designed? Will I be able to keep that desgin or do I have to revew every year?
Nothing will change on your site if you cancel after the year. You will keep all templates in that site and it’ll still work the same. Canceling after the year will just lose access to future content and the videos. Let us know if you have any other questions here and have a great day.
