Max - SiteDrive Activation

Hi,

I have just installed SiteDrive on my first site via Max. When activated, I am asked for a licence key. I cannot find a key anywhere in my account. Please can you let me know how to activate the Max version of SiteDrive.

It’s going to be your sites license key if you are installing from Max. Let us know if that helps and have a great day.

Thanks, but not working for me. I go into my Account on theme.co. Click on the site in Pro Unlimited. The key/ID looks to be part of the URL (can it also show as a field in the main part of the screen?). I copy the key and paste it into SiteDrive - Uh oh is the failure message!

Edit: SCRATCH THAT - just spotted the URL has a trailing /xxxxxx. Removing that sorts the validation. Might be easier to have the ID as a field though.:blush:

Still having problems.I have set-up the first local drive successfully. However, when I try to add the first remote drive, the activation key is accepted, but as soon as I try to set-up and connect the remote drive, the connection key fails and I am redirected to the initial add activation key page, which is lost and I am prompted to enter it again. Looking at PHPMyAdmin, in the Options table, the SiteDrive_settings are missing the licence key (top highlighted fieldhas the key removed) and one other licence row (bottom highlighted row) are also missing, when present upon activation.

Can you send me some login details? I can take a deeper look on what’s going wrong.

The login details for the remote device are attached. This is the one where the key is not being properly stored.

Just as a heads up, I’m also really struggling with sitedrive keeping its licence. It accepts it but then ends up back at the licence/lock screen

This is using a lifetime dev licence with yearly Max if that makes any difference

@scotbaston that is exactly my scenario.

I suspect this might be that one licence is being used to rule them all and there might be a duplication check of some kind that says the licence can only be used one time

Okay try again if you are using Pro Unlimited. You guys should be good to go now.

Just tried for me and Mostly working

One of my sites is connected but doesn’t see Posts or Media or ACF etc, just themes & plugins. I have turned off and on the various settings to turn on those integrations. any ideas? I can log a separate ticket if you want?
