Max features not working

I paid a lot of money for these max options and I still have never used them. I want a refund or to be told how to actually use them properly when I click access I get a 404 page error.

Can you extend my subscription and when do they expire?

I have not once used them yet, totally waste of funds because of how confusing this all is.
