In the preferences panel the enable max box is checked, but Max does not display.
I have two sites, a multi-license site and a single license site. I entered a topic on this issue earlier.
I also have a subscription to MAX. It does not show up on either site. Documents have been created on both sites. Screenshots are attached. Thanks!

Kindly provide us with your WP access so we can investigate your issue further. You can create a secure note in your next reply with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
– Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site
