Hi there, somehow Max was applied to the wrong license (Unlimitted) and I can’t see it or use it. Please, issue a refund so I can apply it to another license. Thanks
If you let me know in a secure which site you would like to tie it too, I can move the associated license to the site you would prefer for your Max single subscription. We can also go the refund route if you’d like, but it’s easier for everybody involved if you just send me a different site.
