Match h4 style from widget area in next section?

in a widget area and categories the title seems to be h4 so i add a new section below set text to h4 but the size is different, how do i match the css

Thanks for looking, i think i have sorted it now, in the row that was displaying to big h4 the base font size was set to em and i changed it to rem to match the widget area setting and h4 now look good
