Is it possible to create a page template in Cornerstone that you can reuse throughout a site when creating new pages and then, when and if you need to update the master template, those changes/updates are populated on all pages using that template throughout your site?

Thanks for asking. 
Unfortunately, as of now the ability to edit template from one single place so that the changes gets trickled down further where same template being used is not available.
