Hello, I wanted to use a mask to remove the blur effect from one part of a section’s background image, but can’t figure out how. So for example, I want the white circle here: https://share.getcloudapp.com/mXuGRKKY, to remove the blur effect in that spot, but keep the blur everywhere else. Your help is greatly appreciated.

The setup is possible, but it is complex that if you can do this in Photoshop, it would be best. If not, you would need to setup 2 Div elements.
- The Div’s Position is Absolute
- The first Div has the Blur filter
- The 2nd Div has the Mask
