Margin of One Section Showing Below Another

Something strange started happening the other day.

There is a gap between my last section of a page and the footer. Inspection shows that the gap is a margin from a section much higher in the page.

I cannot figure out why the bottom margin of a higher section would show below a lower one.

*Edit: This issue isn’t showing in the page builder, only on the live site.

Any help resolving this would be greatly appreciated!

Hello Mark,

Thanks for writing to us.

It seems that you set the bottom margin with help of custom CSS code. I would suggest you remove the custom CSS code the get rid of your issue. Please have a look at the given screenshot in the secure note.

Hey, thanks for the response.

I knew it was that margin causing the effect but the problem was that the margin was appearing several sections below.

The issue turned out to be a missing character in the closing tag in the earlier section.

Thanks again for the quick response.

Glad your figure things out,

Cheers!
